Collection & delivery simplified
Not on site? No problem! Simply fill out the collection permission (Abholerlaubnis) or drop-off authorisation form (Abstellerlaubnis), send it back to us and we’ll take care of the rest. No need to wait around, how neat is that?
If possible, please include a snapshot of the specified collection/delivery drop-off point (this is not a must though).
What does this mean?
You give us permission/authorisation to:
a) collect your shipment from a specified pick-up location, without the consignor having to be on site.
b) drop off your shipment at a specified location, without the consignee having to be on site to sign for the delivery.
Important: We accept no liability for this. The location needs to be easily accessible and secure.
